Wedding flowers: the conversation we have
Most couples come to us with a Pinterest board and a budget. The conversation that follows determines whether the wedding feels like the Pinterest board, or like a different bouquet they'd have liked even more. Here's what we ask.
What we ask, before we quote anything
- Tell us about the venue — outdoor or indoor? Marble or grass? Big arches or low ceilings? The space dictates 80% of the design.
- Two words on mood — modern? romantic? botanical? wild? specifying a *vibe* matters more than a colour.
- Day of the week — Friday weddings affect our delivery routing; Saturday is the busy slot; weekday weddings often get more of our attention because the team isn't spread thin.
- The budget number, honestly — telling us "AED 25,000 to AED 30,000" lets us actually design. "Whatever it costs" makes us guess; we'll guess high.
What's included in our quotes
- The bridal bouquet
- The bridal-party bouquets / boutonnieres
- The ceremony arrangements (aisle, arch, altar)
- The reception centerpieces
- A on-site team of 2–4 people for setup and breakdown
- Same-day standby for any retouches
What's typically *not* included unless asked: floral installations on facades, flower-wall photo backdrops, edible flowers for the cake table.
Lead time
We can plan a wedding in 6 weeks. We'd much rather have 12. Big-impact installations (huge ceiling pieces, hanging florals) need 16+ weeks for sourcing.
