A letter to our corporate clients

A note for the office managers, hotel concierges, and HR teams who order from us — about how we're thinking about your accounts in 2025, and a few things we're changing.

To our corporate accounts

You make up 38% of our revenue this year. You're also our least-glamorous side of the business — no Pinterest boards, no wedding-cake flowers, no Valentine's photo shoots. Just steady weekly volume, predictable invoicing, and reliable delivery. You're what makes the rest of the shop work.

Three things we're changing

1. Account managers. Each corporate account now has a dedicated person at the shop. They're your contact for everything — orders, quotes, complaints, special requests. You'll hear from them this month with their direct WhatsApp line.

2. Quarterly reviews. Every Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 we'll send a one-page report — total spend, satisfaction notes, recurring patterns, anything we should fix. Optional 30-minute call to discuss.

3. The corporate portal. From May, your HR or office manager can place orders directly through their own login — see live invoices, download FTA-compliant statements, pre-approve recurring sends. Frees both teams from email back-and-forth.
